After traveling the festival circuit for 16 years and serving up festival favorites, the idea was born to create a menu of fresh foods served out of an all-natural reusable coconut shell.  While we still love all the festival favorites we thought our festival friends would like some healthier options during the weekend and we just loved the fact that the bowl could be composted, recycled, or taken home and reused for anything. The Grill was added to serve up the classics and to expand breakfast, lunch and dinner menus.
